Welcome to DeloBet. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DeloBet. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not create more than one account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Wallet, Payments and Virtual Currency
- DeloBet provides an in-app wallet for placing bets. New accounts receive a starting balance of complimentary credits.
- You may add funds to your wallet via Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.
- You may request to cash out your wallet balance, subject to any applicable fees and minimum thresholds.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable between users except through the betting system.
- We reserve the right to adjust, freeze, or forfeit wallet balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Betting Rules
- Bets are placed between users within rooms. By placing a bet, you agree to the stated stake and conditions.
- Once a bet is accepted by an opponent, both parties' stakes are deducted from their wallets and held until the bet is settled.
- Bets are settled by participant votes or by a designated judge. Disputed bets may result in stakes being refunded to both parties.
- You may not place bets that promote illegal activity, violence, or harm.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Manipulate bets, collude with other users, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
6. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
- Upon termination, any active bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and code within DeloBet are the property of DILINX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
- DeloBet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not responsible for any losses incurred through betting activity. All bets are placed at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DILINX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
10. Apple End User License Agreement
If you downloaded DeloBet from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence for iOS users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DILINX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
